OMNI HUB

Delete your Omni Hub account and data

Omni Hub never requires an account — everything works fully on your device without one. This page is only relevant if you chose to sign in with Google (Desk ▸ Profile) to sync your data across devices, and now want that account and its synced data permanently removed.

How to delete

1

From the app (fastest)

Open Omni Hub, go to Profile, and under Cloud Sync tap Delete My Account. Confirm the prompt. This deletes everything immediately — no waiting period.

2

Without the app installed

If you no longer have Omni Hub installed, email us from the same address your Google account uses to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Omni Hub account":

We'll delete your account and all synced data within 30 days and confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

This can't be undone. There's no recovery period or backup retention on our end — once deleted, the data is gone.

Delete some data, keep your account

1

Delete individual items in the app

You don't need to delete your whole account just to remove specific items. Open the relevant tool — Notes, Checklist, Expense Tracker, Budget, Subscription Calculator, Debt Tracker, Alarm, or Vault — and delete the item directly (each has its own delete/remove action, e.g. swipe-to-delete or a trash icon).

If you're signed in, that deletion syncs immediately and removes that specific item from our servers too — your account and everything else stays intact.

2

Can't access the app, or want it done for you

Email us from the address your Google account uses to sign in, with the subject "Delete some of my Omni Hub data", listing exactly what to remove (e.g. "all my Expense Tracker entries" or "my Debt Tracker entry for Alex"):

We'll remove just that data within 30 days, leave everything else and your account untouched, and confirm by email once it's done.

This can't be undone. Deleted items aren't recoverable — there's no backup retention on our end once something's removed.
